Company Quality Policy to BS EN ISO 9001:2008

Max Frank Ltd. are committed to providing customers with products and services which comply in all respects with the specifications, orders and regulatory requirements which meet the needs and expectations of customers.

The organisational goals are that the Quality Management System is maintained for all products and services supplied, and that a policy of continual improvement is also maintained throughout the organisation.

All policies and procedures relating to quality are revised by the Managing Director, and authorised and maintained by the management representative. They provide a framework for establishing and reviewing quality objectives within Max Frank Ltd.
