Max Frank is pleased to announce the launch of its ground heave solution 'Pecavoid®'.
Piled foundations, rafts and slabs can be affected by ground movement caused by volume changes in swelling clays due to clay type and moisture variation. To overcome the problem, Max Frank is pleased to announce the launch of its cellular void former, Pecavoid®.
To reduce uplift pressure on concrete slabs, rafts and piled foundations, Pecavoid® is designed to compress when ground movement takes place. Pecavoid® is the latest addition to Max Frank's groundworks product range and can be used in conjunction with Pecafil® permanent formwork and associated products.
