Tubbox® column formers & special designs

Tubbox® column formers allow for the production of circular columns. They are available in diameters from 150mm to 1200mm, and in heights up to 6m as standard. Tubbox® column formers can be manufactured to enable the production of profiled columns in virtually any shape. They can incorporate Zemdrain® CPF liner, Insitex® textured formliner profiles and by the insertion of special inserts, the single use circular Tubbox® column former can be tailor-made to form a variety of different geometrical shapes: e.g. round, square-shaped or octagonal, etc.

Tubbox® is available in versions that give different surface textures for circular columns:

• “Spiral“ version
• “Smooth“ version
• “Textured“ version incorporating the use of Insitex® textured formliner
  
• “Blowhole-free“ version incorporating the use of the Zemdrain® CPF liner

Tubbox® Multi is a special circular column former suited for a very high number of reuses, making this formwork a very economical alternative to conventional formwork systems. Tubbox® Multi can also be used for repair/reprofiling of existing columns.
