Synko-Flex® non-expanding adhesive waterstop
Synko-Flex® is a unique non-expanding adhesive waterstop that bonds to existing concrete surfaces and fuses with fresh concrete during the curing process. It creates a permanent seal which is resistant to acids, alkalis, silage and salt water. It can therefore be applied to existing concrete and scabbled surfaces, around through-wall pipes and fittings, in and around sewerage and silage environments, and to protect reinforcement. Unlike hydrothyllic expanding waterstops, Synko-Flex® is unaffected by rain, snow, ground water or water on-site. The watertight seal of Synko-Flex® has a proven reliability of over 30 years on contracts worldwide. Synko-Flex® is WRAS approved, suitable for use with potable water.

Synko-Flex® FR (Fuel Resistant) waterstop
Synko-Flex® FR is a unique non-expanding waterstop, suitable for situations where hydrocarbons such as petrols, diesels, oils and alcohols are present. Synko-Flex® FR also bonds with existing concrete and fuses to fresh concrete during the curing process.
Butyl-Nek® joint sealing compound
Butyl-Nek® flexible sealing compound provides a permanent watertight joint between pre-cast concrete units regardless of shape or size. This easily compressible product is designed to completely seal and fill the annular space between pre-cast units. Butyl-Nek® is available in a range of sizes to accommodate joints for manhole units, box culverts, pipes and inspection chambers.

Cresco® expanding waterstops
The Cresco® range of expanding waterstops is used to seal construction joints, especially those with complicated geometrical joint shapes. Cresco® waterstops are fixed in position using nails or glue. All waterstops have excellent resistance to chemicals. A watertight seal is achieved when the waterstop swells after water ingress into the joint.
Cresco® BT expanding waterstop
Cresco® BT is a sodium bentonite based expanding waterstop that expands in a controlled manner by up to approximately 350 % whilst maintaining its shape. Cresco® BT is suited for use in areas with wet and dry cycles and can be used in adverse weather conditions.
Cresco® PU expanding waterstop
Cresco® PU is a polyurethane based expanding waterstop that expands in a controlled manner. Due to its specific material properties, Cresco® PU is also suitable for use in wet and dry conditions.
Cresco® AC expanding waterstop
Cresco® AC is an acrylatepolymer-based expanding waterstop that expands in a controlled manner, to ensure a tightly sealed concrete construction joint. Due to its low profile with a 6mm thickness, unintended spalling of the concrete surface due swelling pressure is avoided.
Intec® Combi - waterstop/injection hose
Intec® Combi is a combination of an expanding waterstop with an injection hose and has been developed for simple and secure sealing of construction joints. This combination between expanding waterstop (primary seal) and injection hose (secondary seal) ensures excellent watertight joints under all conditions. Subsequent injection of the hose is only necessary if leakage occurs.
